1. Introduction & Acceptance

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. Deposits are credited to your fk10 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. fk10 does not accept third-party deposits — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and to there being no pending bonus wagering requirements outstanding on your account. fk10 aims to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving payment provider's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 4.4 Refused Transactions

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in casino games or poker variants;

• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward fk10 support staff or other players;

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the fk10 platform, including but not limited to the fk10 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of fk10 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling activity. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

12.3 Termination by You

13. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
